Our computerized Manufacturing Facility offers the latest, state-of-the-art equipment, such as a Gleason Tag400 CNC 8 axis gear grinder, Okuma CNC Lathes, Haas CNC milling centers, Phauter CNC Hobbing, CNC OD/ID Grinding, CNC gear checking and fully integrated production control software for estimating, order and job control, job travelers, scheduling, data collection, inventory control, purchasing, work center loading and cost accounting.

We also have in-house thread and worm grinding, non-circular grinding, extrude honing and full machine shop capabilities. The flexibility to incorporate cellular production allows us to cut costs and lead times. The complete facility is climate controlled allowing us to hold closer tolerances.
